Naturally, you will want this part of your big day to be everything you've dreamt of. And so, it is my duty to see that dream fulfilled.
 
I will work closely with you to prepare your unique ceremony with a personal touch that is suited only to you and your partner. However, if you are wanting a small, simple ceremony that also can be catered for.
 
All cultures are respected and I am happy to incorporate any religions or beliefs into your ceremony as requested.
 
Services Provided
  • A minimum of 2 consultations or as many necessary prior to the ceremony.
  • Unlimited support via phone and email.
  • All necessary paper work and lodging of legal documents.
  • A unique ceremony designed especially to suit your preferences.
  • A rehearsal at an arranged location. (Extra costs may be applicable depending on travel and number of rehearsals.)
  • Use of an amplifier with Mp3 capability and a table and chair for signing documents.
  • Travel to any location on the Darling Downs. (Travel allowance may be applicable.)
  • Total commitment to you and your special day at an affordable cost.
  • A special copy of your ceremony for keepsake.
 
 

 Information You Need to Know...

 

Before your wedding day you have a few legal obligations which include; Completing a Notice of Intended Marriage Form, this needs to be submitted to me as your celebrant no later then one month before your wedding date. The NOIM remains active for 18 months from the date of submission. A few days before your ceremony (usually completed at rehearsal), a Declaration of Marriage is also required.

 

Required Documents to Complete Notice of Intended Marriage...

  • Each of your Birth Certificates
  • Photo Identification
  • If divorced or widowed, a Divorce Certificate or a Death Certificate
  • If you are not an Australian Citizen, you will need your Passport or a Statutory Declaration if a Birth Certificate is unobtainable.

If you need to obtain a copy of your Birth Certificates, they can be purchased online at the Births, Deaths and Marriages website of the state you were born in.

All the above information I will discuss with you further when we meet. The Notice of Intended Marriage and Marriage Declaration are all supplied to you by me.

After your marriage is solemnised you will need to obtain a copy of your Marriage Certificate from Births, Deaths and Marriages QLD for proof of your registered Marriage.
